How to use this Gua Sha Roller?

Step 1. Cleanse you face and neck and dry.Ā Do not need to apply conductive gel or skin product.Ā
Step 2.Ā Turn on your device and select the mode 1, star with energy level 1.Ā Adjust intensity according to tolerance.Ā You can feel light tingling sensation.
Step 3. Glide theĀ device slowly in upward motion, from both side of neck up, repeat 6 - 8 times. (AvoidĀ pass over thyroid gland). Work toward theĀ chin.
