Warranty and Refund Policies.

Please read carefully before completing your purchase. Thank You.

The warranty is one (1) year regularly with extended up to two (2) years for some equipment, with the exceptions below.  Handpieces and outside parts and paint must be inspected by the purchaser at the time of receipt. Handpieces, accessories, pedals, cables, filters, holders, outside parts, don’t have warranty and cannot be returned. Hydraulic pumps and electronic items are covered by a 60-day limited warranty.

MD DERMIS, shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, alteration, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, design concepts, any chipping, fading or peeling of laminate or any acts of nature, such as fire, water damage, freezing temperatures, etc.

MD DERMIS reserves the right to replace any discontinued products /items with a like or similar product/item.

Liability Release. I understand and agree that MD DERMIS or any of its employees, owners, agent, or any in part there off are absolved and held harmless from all injuries or losses resulting in any way from purchase, use, possession, distribution, sale, resale, transportation, handling and/or storing of any of our merchandise or service ordered.

Damages due to the improper use of the equipment are not eligible for replacement.

All returns are subject to 35% restoking fee of the original price listed in any of our websites and are returnable ONLY if the machine has not been used. Not exception

Returns
We accept returns for defective product only, check exempt products below.

We do not accept enchanges

Return is available only for United State and Puerto Rico, excluding Hawaii.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received you purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


All returns have 35% Restocking Fee from the original price.  NOT exception. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (CAN NOT BE RETURNED):

  • Cosmetics, Peelings, Creams, Serums, Solutions u other skin care products for personal or professional use.
  • Mesotherapy, microneedling, micro channeling, derma roller or mesoceutical products, ampoules, or vials.
  • Hydro Solution, Gels, Oils or Pads to be used with equipment.
  • Small devices, Portable Equipment or Handhelds.  (Ex: brush, microneedle, microneedling micropen, dermapen, mesopen, dermarroler, guasha, ultrasound)  
  • Machine handles, probes or handpieces; including but not limited disposables parts as tips, cartridges, cups, rollers, ventouses, hydrodermabrasion tips, microdermabrasion tips, pads.
  • Products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Consumables.
  • DEMO UNIT, REFURBISHED, LIQUIDATION, AS IS, PROMOTIONAL EQUIPMENT, DEVICE OR PRODUCTS.
  • Any complementary or free product included in the price as promotional packages.

Additional non-returnable or non-refundable items: 

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Any of the above are NOT returnable, and NOT qualify for refund.

To complete your return authorization, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse (manufacturer or seller address) without our approval of return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition,
  • Any damaged or missing part caused during transportation or delivery back to our warehouse.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery, with proper authorization.
  • When purchase includes complementary or free products, the original price of each one will be deducted from the total price.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In case that the returning item results in loss or totally damaged for any reason, during return, exchange, or transportation back to our warehouse; Our company will not refund price paid. The purchaser must claim directly to the carrier or cargo company if damage was caused by them. Partial damage (if applicable) will be evaluated by our technicians and the amount of the refund communicate to purchaser. If client does not accept this amount the item or equipment will be delivery back to purchaser address at client's expense.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ceo@mddermis.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale, deals, liquidation, demo, as is items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ceo@mddermis.com and send your item to: 7777 Davie Road Ext, Office 103-B, Hollywood, FL 33024, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7777 Davie Road Ext, Office 103-B, Hollywood, FL 33024, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
