The Dr. Pen A11 Ultima Pro is a microneedling pen that runs wired or wireless, built for skincare professionals and experienced at-home users. It combines six speed levels and an adjustable 0–2.5 mm pin depth with an induction stand that pauses the pen when you set it down. Used in a consistent routine, it supports a smoother, more even-looking complexion.

At a glance: 6 speeds Β· up to 16,000 RPM Β· adjustable depth Β· 700 mAh battery, 3–4 h per charge Β· wired or wireless Β· induction stand Β· 3-lock pin cartridges

Key Benefits

  • Matched to each area: Six speed levels let you set the pen's pace for each area of the face or body.
  • Precise depth control: A rotating dial sets pin depth from 0 to 2.5 mm, so you can work lightly on delicate areas and deeper where skin is thicker.
  • Fewer interruptions: The induction stand pauses the pen when it's docked and resumes at the same speed when you lift it.
  • Even serum glide: The wave-shaped contact surface on A11 cartridges helps serum spread evenly across the skin during a session.
  • Long sessions: The 700 mAh battery gives about 3–4 hours of cordless use, and the 2 m cord lets you work plugged in.
  • Refills always on hand: Dermishop keeps 12-pin and 36-pin A11 cartridges, the two most popular sizes, in stock, so you never have to search for replacements.

Features

  • LED digital display: The screen shows the current speed and battery level, and flashes when the battery is low.
  • Induction base: Setting the pen on the base stops it automatically, and lifting it restarts it at the last speed.
  • 3-lock cartridge connector: Each cartridge locks at three points, which keeps it stable during a session.
  • Anti-backflow membrane: A membrane inside each cartridge helps keep serum or solution out of the pen body.
  • USB Type-C charging: A full charge takes about 1 hour.
  • Anti-slip handle: The textured, ergonomic grip stays secure in gloved hands.
  • Wide cartridge range: The A11 takes 12-, 18-, 24-, 36- and 42-pin cartridges plus round nano and silicone nano, the same cartridges the Dr. Pen M8S uses.

How to Use

  1. Cleanse your skin twice, pat it dry and tie your hair back.
  2. Wash your hands, put on gloves and click a new sealed pin cartridge into the pen.
  3. Set the depth and speed, starting at the lowest settings if you're new to microneedling.
  4. Apply serum to a small area, hold the skin taut and glide the pen lightly in vertical, horizontal and diagonal passes.
  5. Return the pen to the induction stand between areas to pause it.
  6. Discard the cartridge after the session, then apply a soothing serum and use daily sunscreen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I buy replacement cartridges for the A11?
Right here at Dermishop. We keep 12-pin and 36-pin A11 cartridges in stock, the two sizes most users reorder, and the pen also works with 18-, 24- and 42-pin, round nano and silicone nano cartridges.

How is the A11 different from the M8S?
Both have six speeds, a 0–2.5 mm depth range and use the same cartridges. The A11 adds a 700 mAh battery and an induction stand that pauses the pen when you set it down.

Can I use it while it's plugged in?
Yes. You can run the A11 on its built-in battery or on the 2 m cord connected to the wall adapter.

Which cartridges come with it?
The kit includes two 12-pin and two 36-pin cartridges so you can start right away.

How often can I use it?
Allow 4–6 weeks between deeper sessions. Gentle nano-cartridge sessions can be done about once a week.

Can I reuse a pin cartridge?
No. Every cartridge is single-use and should never be shared, so discard it after each session.

Caution

For cosmetic, external use by adults 22 and older. Talk with your doctor before use. Do not use on broken, irritated or stressed skin, and stop if irritation occurs. Use each cartridge once, and only on one person.
