What is the best facial serum to use with an electroporation machine?

We know that the electroporation technique in aesthetics, is being increasingly used by beauty professionals. Electroporation is a good technique for penetrating active ingredients safely and without the use of needles. But we got along with several drawbacks.

That's why I thought it was important to share my experience.

1.- IS MY EQUIPMENT A TRUE ELECTROPORATOR?

First, it is important that you determine if it is truly an electroporation equipment.  True electroporation equipment uses alternating energy, so if your equipment refers to a positive pole and a negative pole, or the active and passive probe. Then you are in the presence of direct current or galvanic equipment. That is, it is not an electroporator proper, although it is used very similarly, it creates chemical or polarity reactions. And it does not penetrate the active ingredient into the cell, as does a real electroporator.

When choosing the active product or ingredient that we will use with our electroporation equipment, We do not know which is the most suitable and that there is NOT very little information about it.

We need to differentiate whether the product is lipophilic or hydrophilic. The key difference between lipophilic and hydrophilic is that lipophilic substances tend to combine with or dissolve in lipids or fats and other lipophilic solvents, while hydrophilic substances tend to combine with or dissolve in water and other hydrophilic solvents.

To penetrate more easily and break the skin barrier, we need the product to be lipophilic. That's why it's necessary to check the ingredients of the product.

3.- I MUST USE A GEL OR CREAM . Another circuit breaker is whether or not I should apply a layer of gel or not. Well this will depend on the equipment you are using and the product. If you are using a lipophilic serum you do not need to use cream or gel on the skin. Just place the product directly on the skin and slide the handle into full absorption. Like Natuderma serums that are Vegan and 100% electroporable. And if the product is hydrophilic then we recommend mixing them with a lotiongel or cream, or apply the serum first, on top of the cream-gel and then pass the electroporator.

Remember a true electroporator is not used using a passive handle or using gel.
